Product Direction

Roadmap

A view into the product capabilities Listaily is building next for cross-border sellers and growing teams.

Current roadmap as of March 28, 2026

This is a working roadmap, not a launch guarantee. Items may shift based on billing dependencies, platform constraints, and implementation risk.

Phase 1 Foundation

Listaily has already established the core product loop for cross-border sellers: one product brief in, platform-native outputs out.

Shipped foundation
  • Core workflow: upload product information, choose platforms, generate content, preview, edit, and export.
  • Platform support foundation for Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Rednote, AliExpress, and Shopify.
  • Image-card generation for social formats, plus free-plan PNG export and history access.
  • Google OAuth, email magic link sign-in, plan-aware gating, and a bilingual UI foundation for English and Chinese.

Phase 2 Current Priority

Before broader expansion, the immediate priority is closing the billing and access-control loop so paid capabilities can be enforced reliably.

In progress now
  • Finish the Paddle subscription sync loop through /api/paddle/webhook.
  • Add idempotent handling for subscription created, updated, and canceled events.
  • Keep plan resolution centered on subscriptions.plan so billing state becomes the trusted source.
  • Stabilize auth-risk controls with production Turnstile rollout, AUTH_RISK_SALT setup, and manual-review handling.

Phase 2 Product Expansion

Once subscription sync is trustworthy, the next layer is deeper seller productivity and more complete paid-plan differentiation.

Queued after billing loop
  • Batch processing with CSV or Excel import, multi-product generation, and ZIP export for catalog sellers.
  • Enhanced short-video scripting with 15s, 30s, and 60s structures for TikTok, Reels, and Rednote-style video workflows.
  • Brand voice controls that go beyond a single tone setting and move toward learned brand guidance.
  • Broaden AI engine choice beyond the current Claude and ChatGPT support, with Gemini and DeepSeek planned as future provider options.
  • Historical content reuse, stronger asset-library behavior, search, filtering, and better product-level recovery flows.
  • Billing visibility upgrades in admin, including transaction-level data beyond subscription status alone.

Platform and Language Expansion

The PRD direction is for Listaily to become broader than the current six-platform footprint and current language set.

Planned
  • Current platform expansion candidates include Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, and Etsy.
  • Current language expansion candidates include French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Korean, and Thai.
  • The product direction remains platform-native output rather than generic text rewriting or literal translation.
  • Localization quality and channel fit remain more important than adding more surface area too quickly.

Phase 3 Direction

The longer-term direction moves Listaily from a generation tool toward a workflow system for larger sellers and teams.

Longer term
  • Direct publishing and deeper platform integrations through APIs such as Amazon SP-API, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
  • External API access for ERP, internal tools, or agency workflows.
  • Team collaboration, seat controls, approval flows, and more structured operational permissions.
  • More advanced creative generation layers such as product video workflows, voiceover, and automated composition with external media APIs.
  • Multi-brand and multi-store management for operators who manage several brands or client accounts.
